National Accounts Executive

As the National Accounts Executive at Orange Charger, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company. We are seeking an accomplished sales professional with a proven track record in closing and growing the largest national accounts, explicitly targeting multifamily developers and property managers. This is a high-impact position for an individual who thrives on strategic relationship-building, understands the unique challenges of the multifamily sector, and is passionate about advancing sustainable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • National Account Development:
  • Identify, target, and secure partnerships with national multifamily developers and property management companies.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to position Orange Charger as the preferred EV charging solution provider.
  • Strategic Sales Planning:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand market share within the multifamily sector.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Deal Closure and Contract Negotiation:
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and ensure successful project implementation.
  • Customer Value Proposition:
  • Articulate and demonstrate the unique value proposition of Orange Charger’'s EV charging solutions.
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to align offerings with customer needs and industry trends.
  • Account Growth and Retention:
  • Drive revenue growth within existing national accounts through upselling and expanding product offerings.
  • Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide market insights to inform product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in strategic sales, with a focus on national accounts and the multifamily sector.
  • In-depth understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics of the multifamily development and property management industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles with many stakeholders..
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, with an emphasis on more strategic accounts, preferably within the proptech sector.
