Regional Sales Manager/Director - EV Charging

Position Overview:

As a Regional Sales Manager/Director, you will be pivotal in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth within the multi-family real estate industry. We’re seeking someone highly motivated and results-oriented. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the adoption of EV charging solutions across multi-family residential and commercial real estate properties. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the company's mission of promoting sustainable transportation.


Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the target markets and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify potential clients, target accounts with high potential, and plans to expand current accounts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Create, own, update, and communicate a sales plan needed to execute the sales strategy.

Business Development

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities by targeting real estate developers, property management companies, construction firms, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the real estate industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our EV charging solutions.

Sales Execution and Relationship Management

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and account management.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of EV charging infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Sales Team Leadership

  • Recruit, trained, and managed a high-performing sales team focused on the real estate sector.
  • Set clear sales targets, provide coaching and support, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and report to senior management regularly.

Industry and Market Insights

  • Stay updated on the latest developments in the EV charging industry, particularly related to the real estate sector.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships and stay informed about market trends and competitive activities.
  • Provide valuable market insights and feedback to the product development and marketing teams to drive innovation and product enhancements.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in a field related to selling in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate sector, including commercial and residential markets, property developers, property management companies, and construction firms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, meet or exceed sales targets, and drive revenue growth.
  • Basic understanding of EV charging infrastructure, technologies, and industry trends 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and hold accountable a sales team.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales performance tracking tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
