FAQs
EV charging rebates are incentives that help offset the cost of installing EV charging equipment at multifamily properties. Salt River Project’s EV charging rebates provide multifamily properties in Central Arizona with funding for EVSE installation.
Multifamily properties may receive up to $3,500 per EVSE, capped at 100% of total project cost. Rebate is limited to 40 ports, the maximum award per property is $140,000. Property must be an SRP business electric customer. Pre-approval is required for rebates greater than $15,000.
An EVSE is a hardwired, high-power Level 2 charging unit. Most multifamily properties benefit from a mix of both EVSE and smart outlets.
