As the National Accounts Executive at Orange Charger, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company. We are seeking an accomplished sales professional with a proven track record in closing and growing the largest national accounts, explicitly targeting multifamily developers and property managers. - National Account Development:
- Identify, target, and secure partnerships with national multifamily developers and property management companies.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to position Orange Charger as the preferred EV charging solution provider.
- Strategic Sales Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand market share within the multifamily sector.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
- Deal Closure and Contract Negotiation:
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and ensure successful project implementation.
- Customer Value Proposition:
- Articulate and demonstrate the unique value proposition of Orange Charger’'s EV charging solutions.
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to align offerings with customer needs and industry trends.
- Account Growth and Retention:
- Drive revenue growth within existing national accounts through upselling and expanding product offerings.
- Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide market insights to inform product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.
- Proven track record of success in strategic sales, with a focus on national accounts and the multifamily sector.

Education and Experience:
